Prior to the event, an Ice Team Build Events Booking, Contract and Logistics Form will be sent to the Organizer/Booker. This will outline what we shall do, provide, what is expected of us as well as 'basic' information such as the venue address, Organizer's name, contact details, timings and so forth.
This Form will be the Contract and basis for us to conduct the Event. We ask you to check and then double check the details you have provided. It has not been unknown for us to be directed to the Organizer's Home address and not the venue by the wrong postcode being indicated.
Delivery of the ice blocks, equipment and staff (us) will be as indicated on the Logistics Form sent.
