Delivery and set-up
On the day of your Team build, we will arrive approximately 1-2 hours prior to the start in order to 'set-up' and get everything ready.  We will set-off from our base in Coventry in good time to reach your venue.  However, we cannot be held responsible for traffic delays, re-routing, closed roads, accidents and so forth en route to your venue.  If we are caught up in any road problem, we will contact you and give you an ETA based on the road conditions.

Temperature
Each ice block used for carving during the Ice Team Build will arrive at the venue at minus degrees (transported in one of our Freezer vans).  Once set-up, the ice blocks will thaw. The temperature of the room will affect the ice blocks.  They will not however melt and be 'a pool of water' when the participants walk into the room!  A reasonable and sensible temperature is required to conduct the Ice Team Build.  Common sense prevails on this point.

Communications
On the day of Ice Team Build Event, if we foresee a potential problem and thus being late for the set-up, we will telephone the person on the Booking/Contract/Logistics form.  Using Satellite Navigation systems should enable use (within reason) to estimate an ETA.  We cannot and will not break the law with regards to speeding and any unlawful act whilst in the process of delivery.

Parking and Parking Fines
We will uphold the law and not commit knowingly any unlawful act. If you as our client have indicated where we can park to unload, as we do not know the area (generally) we will be guided by you.  However, if we have parked in an area indicated by yourself as 'safe and law abiding' and then receive a Parking Ticket as a result of your advice and guidance, the payment of the parking ticket will be for your account and must be paid within the stipulated time period as indicated on the parking ticket.

We will not park or unload in any dangerous or obviously not permitted places such as on double red lines, crossings, junctions and so forth.  If our vehicle is impounded or towed away, the release fee shall be at your expense.  This is part of the contract between us.

Participants Conduct
We expect and would insist that each and every participant that takes part in the Ice Team Build Event to act in a sensible, responsible and decent manner.  We do not expect any participant to help us unload or set-up our equipment.  Any person or persons that appear to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, have the appearance of being ill or simply we feel they are not capable of ice carving,  will not be permitted to take part in any shape or form in the Ice Team Build activity.  We cannot and will not be held responsible or liable for any mis-use of any of the ice carving equipment, damage to equipment (including the room or any aspects of it),  in the widest sense of the meaning and not just limited to these listed.
