Much has been written about Team Building in all its various guises and forms.  Here is a small and unique selection of articles, websites and general information written about Team Builds.  It is not specifically orientated towards Ice Team Building, but team building in General.  The overall and overwhelming evidence is that Team Builds - if conducted correctly, not only benefit the employee, colleague or participant but also the company in the Short, medium and long term.
